How do I register with Equitas?

You can join our talent pool by completing our quick online form or speaking directly with a consultant. We’ll guide you through every step.

What locations do you cover?

We work with schools across the UK and internationally. Whether you’re looking to stay local or explore opportunities abroad, we can help.

Do you offer full-time and part-time roles?

Yes. We recruit for permanent, long-term, short-term, and daily supply positions. You tell us your availability, and we’ll match you accordingly.

What documents do I need to provide?

We’ll ask for proof of ID, right-to-work documents, DBS (or international equivalent), teaching qualifications, and references.

How and when will I be paid?

We process payroll weekly, with payment made directly into your bank account. Our team will walk you through the process at registration.

Do you help with interview preparation?

Yes. We offer CV reviews, mock interviews, and practical advice to help you feel confident and prepared.

Do you charge candidates any fees?

No. Our service is completely free to all candidates.

How soon can I start working after I register?

Once compliance is complete, many teachers begin work within days.

Do you support career progression?

Yes. We place candidates in leadership positions as well as teaching roles, and we’ll work with you to move your career forward.

Will I have a dedicated consultant?

Yes. We support schools with permanent hires, long-term cover, and day-to-day supply.
