Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (desirable)

• Team Teach or other behaviour management training (desirable)

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis

• Assist the teacher with classroom activities

• Help manage behaviour in line with school policies

• Support pupils with additional needs

Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication skills

• Patient and calm approach

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Good organisational skills
